5. ORDERS

By placing an order, you offer to purchase. Email confirmation is our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders if information is inaccurate or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. DELIVERY & RISK

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Vesaria is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

7. RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags intact. Customers pay return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
